By checking this box and submitting this form, I am entering into an initial confirmed order with Regform, with the Effective Date being the date of checking the box. I agree to be bound by the Regform Service Agreement and the current Pricing in effect as of the Effective Date. I understand that the Service Agreement renews for successive 1-year terms unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 60 days before the end of the current term, and that paid events are charged a fee of 1.99% + $0.99 per transaction with no monthly or setup fees. I further understand that free events are free only if my account processes at least 250 paid transactions per calendar year, and that if I do not meet this threshold I will be charged $247.50 (equal to $0.99 × 250 transactions) for that calendar year.
